I am impressed with the support from AquaVu. I have a 7 year old Micro II and can send it in for repair at a fair cost.

What issue are you having with the unit ? I have a Micro II and Micro 5 both w/DVR should I anticipate issues down the road ? Both mine are about 5 plus years old .

My Micro II battery went bad after 7 yr. I bought a battery from AV and had a local tec put it in; I don't know what's wrong it shuts off; sent it to AV. hope they can fix it.
