tried a new recipe last night for crappie
put a little bit of water in a glass pan not a lot just enough to cover the bottom then lay the fillets in the pan and sprinkle creole seasoning over the fillets. then squeeze half a lemon over them and sprinkle some parsley flakes on them. bake until meat turns white then enjoy. dont overcook though will make the meat dry.
the lemon and creole seasoning gives the fish good flavor and they also have a little bit of spice too
