 Found a nice deal on a marcum lx7li that I couldn’t pass up , when It arrived it had the wrong charger , gave them a call within an hour got a call back , explained the trouble , new charger is on its way ,

That's really good to hear. My lx7 got dropped 2 seasons ago and I need to send it in.

I was worried I would have to use them as I misplaced my charger.  luckily I found it.

I’ve had great service as well. Bought a used flasher online in the summer when it arrive the screen had been cracked. $50 repair for the screen plus they replaced a resistor when they ran the diagnostic.

My buddy had to send his M3 in at the beginning of the season and he was extremely pleased with their customer service, especially the turn around. From when he sent it out till it arrived back at his house (fixed) was 10 days.
