Saratoga Lake
« on: Feb 17, 2006, 09:24 PM »
I got a call today from Saratoga tackle, and the fishing tourney is canceled for this weekend. I guess the ice shifted today late and there is open water not far from fitch rd. This winter sucks. Me and Ozzy are going way north on Sunday to find solid ice.  :%$#!: I might go all the way to the Thousand Islands to fish  ;D

Fresh Ice, Fresh Air and Fresh Fish. It doesn't get any better than this. :-)

that's a bummer for the tourney.
Hope that thinks can lock back up with this cold weather now.
Or it won't be long before we can launch a boat.  :-\
Yep, I agree this winter's ice season is a sucky one.  :P

Good luck up north, plenty of ice up there and still plenty of good fishing too.  ;D
Tight lines

I know the the kaydeross has from the creek all the way to the bend going into fish creek, and there is open water in fish creek by the boat launch.
But, is the water open south toward the lake from the bridge?
Can you get a boat on the water and out to the lake and the kaydeross?

Wondering?  ???
