yep...that was 2003.  I remember that year because it was the winter my daughter was born.  The Tomhannock had 23 inches of ice on March 15th.  That was the last real cold winter we experienced.

That was the year, LG froze the first week of Jan. and it never snowed; ended up with 30" at least everywhere, lots of vehicles driving all over.

This guy pulled onto the ice right behind my grandpa....my grandpa new where he had safe ice I guess nd this guy went theopposite way
