Be aware of the slush holes when you drive on here.If you go in them you will get stuck.Hopefully it will get a chance to freeze there the next couple of nights.Just a heads up.

Anyone have any insight or feedback on the snow & pressure crack by the green dump? I'd like to tow my big shanty out, but would like to have an idea what I'm up against...
Thanks!

Tip Up !!!

Your taking a chance bringing on there. I know a couple weeks ago guys were dropping through with wheelers. Its been cold enough since then that it looks like it locked up again , but I wouldn't do it. If you do try make sure you have a plan in case things go south. You could bring it on from indian point & tow it across with no worries other than the deep snow & slush under it.

Unfortunately, someone tried to plow through 2 ft of slush at the Hotel and didn't make it.Left a 3 ft pile blocking the road.I was going to try and plow but to much slush now.It looks like if you go left as soon as you hit the ice it will be good but then you would have to hit the road again 75 yds out or so.I might try it again tomorrow after it hardens up.As for green Dump, someone drove a vehicle on the north ramp and drove towards the island some where.Don't know exactly how far they went.

Dave, I was at the beach yesterday around 11am and watched a stake body 1 ton (white cab) plowing a road from south to north

     Wow,
I went out today and i got stuck with my wheeler 6 or 7 times in slush.I finally made a passable road for a wheeler to get out to the Island but wasn't fun.If i could get 100 yds out from the hotel it would be OK but the first 100 is 2 to 3 ft of slush,.I will be fishing tomorrow out there but will be a slow set up.I thought i had it made last Sunday when i plowed. No slush and plowed everything out but now i can't get out there.Good Luck to everybody.
