Hello from Eau Claire

Hey guys...

Just checking in and saying hello for the first time from Eau Claire. I am totally addicted to ICE fishing. I prefer mostly tip up fishing, but will occasionally go for some panfish if the flags aren't flying..

Just wanted to say hello...

Thanks for the Welcome.. When it comes to ice fishing, I tend normally to go for Northern & Bass. Because of that, I like more lakes up north like Bear, Lipsett and Yellow. It's a 1.5 hour drive, but usually worth it. If I need to go somewhere near Eau Claire, I prefer either Lake Hallie or Marshmiller..

That's just me though..

hello from western ny.  my dad grew up in Bruce,WI and worked for a while in eau claire. still have relatives living in the area.  sitting back dreaming of a leinies.   making a trip to visit relatives after the fourth of July.  would love to hear how u guys are doing back there on the hard water. :tipup:
