Check out the Clam Light Bars on Amazon. Lots of light from the standard 12 volt brick.

I fish a Clam Stealth - a good LED head lamp works best for me.    The built in LED in the overhead tube works but I rely mainly on the head lamp

which house do you have. I recommend the Clam light bar. they come in three sizes so this is why I asked which house you have. the mini size is for houses like the Scout & Kenia (1/2" diameter poles) then there is the small one that fits houses like the Nanook & Legend (7/8" diameter poles), then there is finally the large bar that is 1 1/4" diameter. this is for large houses and not one man houses. all I use now in any of my houses is these light bars. you have the option of using clip to mount them or you can cut them right into the frame (over head pole) of the house.
Fishing is not a hobby it is a way of life
