I agree walleye are the best eating fish I catch here.Maybe next time do the walleye vs perch that would be a good one,but excellent first hand review.

flathead best to me.  halibut is better than that but don't have them around here. lol

I got most of the fresh water game-fish here in the river.No way will I eat catfish,do get some perch but there small and I consider them panfish and not worth my time filleting them.Do get lots of small-mouth as well but to fishy tasting and all go back,to me its all about the walleye!!!
