I drilled holes in Honeyoe on the 12/18/10 witch is the earlest I have ever been ice fishing. Also drilled holes in Sodus, Lamoka, Conesus and Keuka. Best I did was Sodus. Freezers looking good but I need MORE!!

5 or 6 I think. My goal this season was to fish different places rather than Oneida Lake all the time. The best day on the ice so far was this past Wednesday on Cayuga. The perch bite was on, chased flags all day and in between jigged up a mess of them. But the best day so far is about to change with this weekends trip to Sandy Pond...got a couple of Ranger School grads(class of 09 and 10) should be a good time.

South bay, Saratoga lake, otsego lake, canadarago lake, thompsons lake, warners lake, helderberg lake, Lawson lake, 6 mile, mariaville lake, sacandaga lake, Hans creek, Collins park, fawn lake, big bowman and little bowman, and grafton lakes. Besides south bay, the best spot I fished was a pond up in Berlin, and a pond right in the middle of cherryplain state forest...and my favorite place to fish in the world, Galway lake.
