thank you for that, now im really curious. i did some looking and could find nothing on nills usa about sharpening other than there is only 2 factory authorized sharpening services in the country. are you one of them? something im seriously considering. im gonna reach out to nill usa and see what it might involve. having an authorized service on the western side of the ice belt might be useful to the community. how busy are you with sharpening auger blades? nills?

Hi Sam, I'm not an authorized sharpener. Too much responsibility for just doing it on the weekends. Nils wants the folks listed on the web page to be more available than me and take mail in heads.  I only got around maybe 40 or a bit less to sharpen last year. The blades hold up pretty good. but most came either right after first ice or when season ends.

Only 2 so far this year. No ice in lower Michigan yet
