Fish Lake, company ice fishing derby

Redmond had their annual ice fishing derby at Fish Lake. I am lucky enough that I get to organize it. The ice conditions were 14-16 inches thick. A couple inches of snow on top. Fairly easy walking. We rented a cabin that sleeps 18. Had a full house for 2 nights. These are pics of the winners.
