By this time last year I was fishing new ice on mantua that was 2.5 inches thick! Also fished sum other local spots with new ice as well. Ain't looking like till mid January at this point this season. Sucks I got sum new gear that's itching to be used along with a couple custom rods! Bring on the ice!!
