What kind of extra drawings and opportunities do you get from joining the Milita?

They have some guess the lure contests thru out the year and you get the Iceshanty Militia icon, your PM box is increased to hold more messages. You can Ignore boards you dont care to look at, Theres a private board for IS Militia members only (where the contests are) and you can post items in the For Sale board. I got the gold package and got that sweet hat you seen me sproting around at the gorge on the last trip. I havent attached the flag to my sled yet but thats in the works

Sweet, thanks!  I saw some of that info in the Militia section, but it didn't really specify what the extra perks for drawings, tournaments, etc. were.  I just don't feel right joining the Militia until I've done my time and given some worthwhile contributions to this great site (AKA Rookie).  One more week and I will get my chances to get out, and hopefully help out with some fishing updates/pictures!
