Took my fly fishing buddy Ice fishing. He got his PB trout!

he got it on a 25cent Bargin barrel rod. thing was maxed out, the fish went right to his new reel. i'd say the fish was 6-7 lbs. he got it on 4lb test.

The bite was weak with the crappies, i was getting into schools ( first time targetting Crappie this last sunday) that looked to be 30-40 fish strong.
they were VERY subtle takes with very picky eaters.

Very excited to get bout out there.

Saturday was just a tour of jurasic park lol. Wish he pulled that fatty cutbow at the ice derby 2 weeks ago lol
