We got a bushel of great peaches last week. Got a bunch in the freezer and we made some spiced peach jam. At camp today, I grilled a few pork steaks and got an idea of spreading the jam on a few instead of bbq sauce. Wow! We have a new favorite. I coated the steaks and flipped them getting a nice glaze. Only got the first coat picture. Got busy and they disappeared.

Also, peach shortcake with my morning coffee and just peaches and whipped cream.

And of course toast and jam.
