Otter Lake
« on: Jan 01, 2019, 09:46 AM »
Hit Otter Lake yesterday for a good part of the day. Caught some small perch and northern. Did manage to find a few schools of fish suspended but I believe the auger scared them away. Seemed like 6-8" of ice on the lake with minimal slush. After the snow yesterday however I would imagine the slush could be bad as the snow piled up on the S end of the lake.

Don't fish there too often, but thanks for the update.

Nice to hear from Otter lake. How deep were you fishing? Were you using live bait?

We fished anywhere from 10-28ft and yes we used live bait. We were primarily looking for panfish.
