Getting back into ice fishing this winter and wanna experiment a bit. Whats the preffered latest/greatest riiging method with powerbait. I'm thinking along lines of dropshot type rig on rods deadsticked on bottom and solder wrapped on hooks or little micro jigheads to get it suspended on tip ups. I'd think Traditional open water rigging of a splitshot 2ft ahead would be a tangle nightmare fished straight up/down. unfortunately they dont have a sinking version.
