New to lakers
« on: Feb 28, 2010, 02:00 PM »
So in VT we have Champlain which has a good laker population, as well as the Northeast Kingdom which has countless lakes with these trout in them. I have never caught one through the ice. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated. By the way, can't buy or transport smelt or catch your own bait in VT. I'd like to try jigging them and on tip ups.
Thanks, carm
