Chippewa Flowage

Whats the best way to access the east side of the flowage with an atv? Looking to fish the northeast side of the flowage. Checked out the hay creek landing and that didn't look like a great place to take a wheeler into the lake. Is their a resort or something like that, that will let you drive off there? Thanks for any help
