Title: Salmon River Reservoir
Post by: tipupjeff521 on Feb 22, 2018, 03:02 PM
Hello everyone. Lurker here with a question. Has anyone fished the salmon river reservoir this year? What you do you primarily catch?
I'm headed to a friend's camp tomorrow in Redfield then headed to the reservoir to fish on Saturday morning. Also if anyone knows how the ice is up there there after yesterday's warmspell that would be much appreciated.
      Tight lines to all.

                                  Jeff

I'd be careful, ice is probably floating.
Plenty of crappie and perch in that impound if you can find them

Seems a little crazy to fish that just for perch and crappie. Not worth taking a swim!
