Fun times at the Slough

 Had a fun day fishing at the Slough, I was glad to meet some new people and see some great fish landed.I ended up with 35 gills, I had 12 flags and caught 8 Bass. All between 1 to 2 lbs. River Rat39 and my other friend had there share of flags and fish also.  I was lucky to have seen a fisherman named Josh Land a huge 14lb Pike. and another IS member land a Nice Bass.

It was nice running into and meeting you guys. That bass went about 18.5 inches. Did those gills turn on more in the afternoon? Seems like that is when the better bite might be.
Also awsome being close and seeing that pike caught.

  Hey Wawa, Nice to meet you fellas also, I left about 2:30 it was snowing pretty good, I had plenty to clean. The afternoon bite was just getting going. Maybe I will see you guys out there on Sunday.

headin there in a couple hours for the evening bite...need to get em now cause its gonna shut off down there one day and thats gonna be it...first thing fish do in low o2 is STOP feeding....
