I usually use 50 fillets that have been soaked in milk overnight( optional) and a 8x8 casserole dish. Melt one stick of butter,pour a little in the bottom of the dish and coat the pan well. A few layers of fillets one layer at 90 degrees to the other layer, a thin coating of seasoned Panko is next. I add a bit of crushed garlic clove(optional) and a drizzle of the melted butter. Finish with the rest of the fillets,packed in at 90 degrees again. Add a bit thicker layer of seasoned panko and drizzle on the rest of the butter and the rest of the garlic clove(again optional). Bake at 350 for an hour ( + ) until the edges are bubbling. It is delicious and you won't regret making it.
