Not meant as a dig towards you! We already have 2 threads that have been reduced to name calling  :roflmao:

Maybe I should give kokes a shot thru the ice.  wolford is closer than the last 3 lakes Ive fished.  Cant seem to keep a kokanee on long enough to net in the summer, maybe i can ice one!  Heck I even have some wax worms as per directions.

Doesnt look good at all, drove by yesterday.  Not sure why wolford deteriorates so much quicker than stagecoach, granby and GM.  Talked to a guy yesterday at granby who tried to hit wolford but the gate keeper said they were gonna shut it down for ice, 2ppl took a swim this weekend i guess.

THX for the info!!! I did some recon by there 2 weeks ago. No one was on the ice out by the dam. A couple of spots at the edges looked sketchy. I decided not to go out. I was bummed! I was looking to try for some kokes.

Ok, I was bad, Johnny and several others took the bait. Won’t do that again. I like the family friendly atmosphere of this site, name calling should be left to Facebook. Prolly got out of hand because walleye are a little more treasured and a little sarcasm on my part but it was all in good fun.

Trying to get the Evinrude kicker not to die after 30 mins so I haven’t been out on the open water yet. Once I do and if I have coordinates, I’ll share. It could be awhile, thinking it’s plugged with sediment so I might have to rip into the powerhead. Maybe I’ll just take the lil redneck fishing boat instead.

My boat is still incased in a now rapidly melting snow drift :(  hope to at least be able to get to it and flip it up on the trailer in a week or so.
