Ice conditions due to weather?
« on: Jan 07, 2008, 01:01 PM »
I’m a newbie to ice fishing, but I’m absolutely addicted!  Unfortunately I haven’t been fishing long enough to know how this warm weather will affect ice conditions.  I saw plenty of people out on Zorinsky and Standing Bear over the weekend, but I was wondering if these lakes will be able to maintain ice through this warm snap?  Any information would be greatly appreciated!

The ice isn't going anywhere! With any luck we'll lose all of this snow on the ice so then it can get thicker! Enjoy the warm weather, no icehouse needed and less gear to lug around!
