Frabill Hub Repair

My hub shack of 4 years has broke...again! The first one I bought (Frabill) the fabric pulled off the grommets while I was taking it down and the fiberglass rods fell on to the ice. I'm way past warranty and can't afford a new one at this time. Any ideas or links to fix this problem?
