Just wondering how the road up there is? It can be a bear with drifts and all. Can't wait to get in on the action!!

I checked it yesterday. About half is open. South end has some ice but from the north boat ramp to the south, 3/4 is open. With the forcast, might be able to fish the south end next week with a long rope and a dependable buddy! We are all chompin' at the bit, but be careful out there!

Never been before. What's there? I think I remember someone telling me wallys but thought I would ask. Finally got a hut so the wife will go with now and was looking to try some new water over the season. Any tricks would be helpful. Thanks.

Depends on if it snowed recently.  It gets plowed but is usually at the end of the list.  If you haven't had snow for a few days the road should be good.
