Has anyone been around rock creek? was wondering if it has ice yet and how much. Thank I will head that way Monday and check it out any extra info would be nice.

I fished there Wednesday morning. The ice is safe, the fish were hungry. There were 3-4 shacks set up off the getties at the SE ramp, they didn't walk around much. I headed south and fished the open water after checking some brush on a break with no luck. The fish are the same size as they have always been, SMALL.

All the crappies I have seen have been bigger than years past average 9 inches will some 11 inchers mixed in
