my first monster perch ever jan 28th 15 1/4inch long 2.39lbs on a genz stix

and 2 weeks later 3 more (2 are mine and 1 is fisherman brians)

and a couple weeks later brians wife caught one and then my wife caught one all between 14-15inchs and all over 2lbs!!!!!!!!!!

my biggest was a 15 incher caught last fall of 2007 on a minnow. my son caught a 17 incher but never took a pic just filleted it for dinner!!!!!!! them huge perch are freaks and mostly females and you know my opinion on that topic. stay on top.

You got to love the fatties. I won a little local derby with a 13" perch. Nice 170.00 most went back to the bar that night

Nice fish. The largest on a public lake was 15.5" but have iced a 16"+ on a private pond last year. Joined the 09' Tourney so I guess no big ones this year!

16", I put it in the snowbank at my house overnight to wrap for a mount the next day, came out in the morning and the F@#%&R was gone..... OH WELL...

little over 14" male thought had real good one till the guy next to me nailed a 16" If Iget a15" it's on the wall with the rest hope I live long enough

I jigged up a pretty nice one at 14" and thick this afternoon here in CT. It came from 8' of water on a small jig tipped with a waxworm.

I got a 15" perch in open water a few years back, but it was thinner.

Perch is 15" long, ~12" around and was 2 lbs.even. Pics of it when it was still kickin' are on page 7 with some other perch I caught last year too between 12 and 13.5". It is a skin mount done by a taxidermist just east of Rochester, NY.

Found a honey hole last year. Pulled out 14"er. Largest I've ever caught. Most were between 10-12". Nice spot!

One day 2 years ago in late February we got into a lot of jumbo perch here in NJ. We had several in the 12-14 inch category and very fat. When we were cleaning them, we realized that they were bursting with eggs. In a small pond back in the mid nineties, my brother caught a perch that was pushing 18 inches-We have a pic and will post it. It didnt even look like a perch since it was darker in color and so big.
