Bait & Tackle shop near lake Ozonia.

I am looking for bait & tackle shop near lake Ozonia.
Is it possible to use life bate in this lake?

Not sure where your coming from but the Country Corner Store in West Stockholm sells bait and the Country Store in Hannawa Falls does too. They are the closest to Lake Ozonia that I'm aware of. As far as using bait, it's not on the prohibited list but you should check yourself on the DEC website.
