Title: Swinging Bridge fishable?

Any info on this reservoir?  Has it opened up yet, can you fish it when and if the ice ever gets here? Thanks.

Not this year ??? No water,they haven't fixxed the damn yet.
Think about white lake,or Supieor(didn't spell that right)
It's going down near 0 the next few nights here in Sullivan county :o :o
Should be on the ice this weekend ;D
