jig-a whopper i think ya got a fall fish there, and a helluva one at that...best way to tell if ya got a creek chub is they have a dark spot on the base of their dorsal fin

Marty08 youngest member of Team BC
Very nice and long burbot buddy.
This 9 year old kid spends every weekend on the ice in front of his grampas (icechip) place. His dad (rolf) goes home after 5 hours but Marty stays out into the dark fishing burbot. -25 and blowing snow he is out there all day while some older icefishermen are heading in. He stays hunkered down over his hole for hours. Stays on ice by his self under grampas watchful eye in their private bay.
He gets upset when he doesn't get to clean the fish. Salmon fishing he plays the fish like a pro and its funny to see him schooling fellow adult fishermen on how to play big salmon.

You do Team BC proud little buddy. Keep up the good work.

I think so far this is another banner season. There are a lot of nice entries and the camaraderie is outstanding.
