small pack for pack basket ?

Does anyone know of or have an idea of a small pack or pouch that can be attached on the upper rim of a pack basket ? I would like to use it for two  small tackle boxes and pliers etc . any help appreciated !

Any of the trapping supply company carries them. Look at Minnesota Trapline products or F&T supply out of Michigan. Both have online website. Found mine there.
