Well..

Had the burrito with beef , tomatillo verde sauce and guac....and the chile relleno. Two huge plates came, (I done et both!) also with rice and refried, creamy, pintos. Fabulous. Atmosphere was great and authentic; none of that cheesy Mexican dimestore crap. Place was spotless. And NO cornball Mexican music.
Been eating Mexican my whole life, and this was hands down probably the best I've ever had. Just the right amount and types of spices, relleno was in a delicious puffed egg batter, and packed with jack cheese and steak strips. Rice was great, nice and fluffy, which I'm not normally real big on. Could eat this all day. All this food, two Pepsis (refilled free) for a total of $17!! Me and the neighbor are gonna be real good friends.....

Yesterday Wife had a doctors appointment so after we stopped at Hafners and we both got the steak bomb with fries and a Pepsi , it was shaved steak in a sub roll with cheese ,mushrooms and caramelized onions , it was very good

If the rainbow flag waving purple haired alternate lifestyle alleged female neighbors don't shut their yapping mutts up soon, it's gonna be poodle puffs, yorkie pudding and chihuahua gravy.

And yes, I'm having a bad day with the internet and power out and everything else....not to mention those half-shaved head entitled nutcakes.

Stopped at Kwik-trip for an Angus burger, cheese curds and iced tea for lunch on the way home from getting the truck super tuned and massaged. As for supper; I have no idea. Maybe more dog food. Woof arf.

Had a couple plain weenies, chips, and some cottage cheese. Wasn't real hungry.

Ya know, I never liked Franks either, in fact, I threw a bottle of it out this Spring. Just bitey with really no flavor, IMO. For mild or a change of pace, I do like the Tabasco brand green hot sauce.

Not impressed with Frank's, wasn't hot before I cut it with butter, looking for something with a bit more heat, bit of cayenne in my recipe, may have to add a bit more

For wings, I mix Sweet baby Rays sweet 'n spicy half and half with their hot wing sauce, and add some smoked chipotle powder. Then mix some sour cream, blue cheese dressing, 50/50 and a touch of salt for dippin' sauce.
