I took the whole family yesterday. Last Saturday the girls and I limited on nice gills in just a few hours. I thought I could get my wife on an easy bite yesterday but it was slow and she quit after two hours without icing a fish. Two of my daughters and I stuck with it until dark and caught about 20 or so. We kept 5 decent ones for supper and got chased off by the wind. 15" of ice though so there should be plenty of chances to try again! I took a buddy icefishing for his first time. He missed several bites and didn't manage to hook one but I think he has the bug. He was already shoping for gear while fishing!

That is great my buddy did the same thing, took him out last year a few times and this year he should up with a brand new hut and a vexlair! 😆😆😆
