Can you use minnows in czechland lake and if so where can you get bait in the wahoo area?  Thanks

All of our fishing rules and regulations, including lists of waters where no live baitfish are allowed can be found in every copy of the Fishing Guide, http://digital.outdoornebraska.gov/i/921860-fishing-guide-2018-web-2.

No, Czechland is NOT on that list.
