Oh,, I know the date my friend.   I just can't wait to party/fish the weekend away.   Temps looks good.  It maybe snowy they say, we'll see, if so, who cares!!!!!

personally I want some snow I love to ice fish in the snow. Also Bob I actually "grabbed" a few of those contractor bags from our gang box today myself we should have no lack of places to dispose of trash. I was thinking the same thing travis about having a "traveling" trash can. As you saw the other night I move alot when fishing I do cover some ground. I am bringing a charcoal grill. It is not all that big but it can cook some food. A couple others said they are bringing grills so yes we will have grills going. I hope some kids are out I will have 1 of my troup with me for his first dark to dark real fishing day. In regards to that sentence, does anyone know where to get decnet boots or socks (anything other than cotton)? I may live in the woods but I work in buffalo everyday so I can get to the stores up there also. I plan on checking tractor supply in hamburg and dunkirk tomorrow. I can find uninsualted fully waterproof (barn boot style) or heavily insulated and nowhere near waterproof. I know once I figured the footwear problem out I have not had wet or cold feet myself.

OK just booked my room at the redwood.... Marcus I will have my wood burner and a load of 4" x 4" oak blocks. So will have a fire going too i guess. I introduced this forum to a good friend of mine and now he is hooked. Told him about this weekend and he is also coming down for the day. He is just getting into icefishing, he is more of a hunter. He is also going next week to Simcoe. Looking forward to this BIG TIME

From what I read there is enough ice. All week the temps are below freezing and real cold at night. I am bringing mine which is a Polaris 500HO and my sons friend is bringing his too.

was out sat. from lp had my wheeler out plenty of ice ,no slush no problems , just a lot of short fish .Can't make the party on ice will be away for a few weeks . Good luck.

Well my group of friends ditched me to go to I-bay in Rochester. I will be at LP with my dad around 6:30. Look for the old white & red Honda and the Gray/black Frabill. Sunday I am thinking about going at like 3am to see how the night bite is for the Walters.
