Hey Bart, do you sharpen your own lawnmower blades?

Yes, but I really don't know what I'm doing. I sharpen them up a little and keep it a balanced as I can?

Ever since the watermelon guy all I can think is we need to get back on the ice and soon!

Order cancelled by vendor. 3 hours later, they don't have any and neither does the manufacturer. Seems I've heard this song before! :%$#!:
Just going to have one made.

Don't know what size you need but I bought an Eskimo cover off ebay, cheap.

well welcome to modern day trading. you better dig deeper into your jig stash if you want venison now. we only trade for jigging raps and bigger size kast masters now. no more sandy pond jigs ::) ::) ::) ;D lmfao
I've got them !    And not in any color patterns that you can't get anywhere else !
I only trade these for back straps  ;D ;D ;D

You miss food? Did it find you all on its own?
You've obviously never heard of the "Food Network" ........And I'm not talking about the one on cable TV  ::) ;D ;D

Hopefully everyone is aware that wheelers that are out make ruts in slush . And when it freezes up it calls for nasty travels. They can be as bad as any heave in the ice. Trip to the north was cancelled by a disfunctioning pump in the basement. Ruined furnace and appliances. Oh well, bad things are just a part of life.

Here you go shepherds pie lovers! A bit involved but absolutely on point!!! Just make sure you drain off at least 3/4's of the grease from the chuck. It doesn't say to do that but it comes out way better that way, trust me! Also you want to prep everything first, it's a must!

I hate to ruin everyone's wonderful discussions of sharpening lawnmower blades, cooking and anything but ice fishing but can we get back on point? What are the current conditions? Anyone out on the ice right now? Walking possible? Do we need to start a new thread that actually discusses ice fishing on Oneida Lake?

No fishing for me today. I have some buds out there and the walking is tough but doable. The top layer froze up a little but you break through on every step.

To those anxious people.
There's reports from last night already posted.  The sun has only been up for 2 hours, shouldn't be surprised that there aren't lots of reports yet.
Sorry but it gets a little nuts when those who don't post or contribute anything get upset when they can't read what they want, when they want.
