does anyone know if there is a size limit on the burbots?

No size limit.

Got as low as -15 before I left for work. Got to work in Syracuse and it felt like a heat wave!

Does anybody know if this wind has created snow drifts on the lake?

The wind has caused drifts but they are small and close together making the ride on a 4 wheeler choppy.

I find it very concerning, all though sadly not surprising, that someone would be creating recreational pharmaceuticals while under the guise of ice fishing.  It is not bad enough that we have to pick up after slobs on the ice, now when you go to pick up a bucket left on the ice...it might be the future location of an EPA super-fund site.  Oh...and what is even worse...is if they are dumping those chemicals down the hole.

Really makes you wonder, huh?

Cheers,
Ice Beard

Pressure is on. I am cooking for my wife's birthday party Saturday for her family.  They have requested walleye. Not perch which I have a freezer full, but walleye. I will be out tomorrow and Friday to get it done.

Is it common to catch mudskipper ? I pulled one couple weeks ago about 13 inches. Spit the hook crawled back down the hole

Going out Thursday off Lewis Point.  Is there still enough snow for a sled or has the wind blown it all away?

Weekend is looking good, it's gonna feel like a heat wave.  Anybody know how big the drifts are out there, my friend wants to know if he should bring his 2 x 2 wheeler or his sled.  I would just tell him to bring his sled but it is kinda of a beater.
