Went out of Constantia with 315angler from about 1-4 and bounced around looking for something on the graph and didn't see much at all anywhere and the ones we did weren't biting. Will be back out in a day or 2.

Fished constantia today, took the four Wheeler. Went past 2nd island, had 8-10 inches everyWhere, moved about 20 times,, all fish Were tight lipped,  Ice is good and solid but i did see about 4 areas Where the old auger holes Were 3+ft in diameter, you could deff lose a machine or yourself in one of those(these spots are past the 2nd island)..hopefully they Will tighten up after a couple cold nights..scriba creek is runnin like a mother today...be safe ..

APP's is the closest bait shop, great insight and they have parking and the access all in one. Right in Cleveland North Shore. Great people.

went for a ride today down the south shore on rt. 31. all the creeks are at flood stage. this is going to do some damage to the stability of the ice. my snowmobile is parked until it tightens up, and the levels stabilize. watch where you walk out there. the next couple days are going to be tricky.   Sully...

Seen some pictures of sandy pond yesterday, big ice jam on the sand bar has it backed up bad, 5-6 feet of water on the ice, cottages are flooding.  Well headed down soon, mustang jacket is back out.  I'm on foot again.

Have a good day Snag. Fished Chapman yesterday. Fished from 16' out to 32' and back. Ice was in pretty good shape considering the last 3 or 4 days. Crack near shore is nasty but it can be safely crossed. Didn't mark many, brought home 6 perch but no size to them. Talked to a bunch of other people, pretty much the same story.

Gonna try a different lake today.

Well ice was looking really good for sat, i wanna take a trip up there first time ever but now im not so sure.. Between the shore opening up and the water being stained what do you die hards think. Is the trip worth coming up sat for some walleyes, or shld i wait another week.. Im dieing to get up there..

Went out this morning to Williams to check ice conditions. Saw 9-10 guys out there with there wheelers just past the island. Ice looked good. Saw a couple spots that had water on top but I think tonight with the cold weather coming in it should tighten up. I will be out tomorrow and Friday for sure.

as you guys know. There is a sportsman show at the Oncenter this weekend. This is a new show and we are sponsoring a small Ice expo Expo with in the show. Our hope is that we can build on this to become a much bigger ice Expo in the future. What I would ask of you all is to come down and check the show out please don't be disappointed it will be a good show overall. Both exhibit halls are full the promoter wants to put together old school show with less Outfitters and more selling retailers I'm looking very forward to this because I like his vision. But it will take the support of all of you to help us build a future we will be there clam will be there and a few others to begin with I have some great deals on some jigs some rods and some other items and we have a fairly large showing. This promoter went so far as to purchase the parking at the Oncenter so the parking for you will be free I realize is going to be good fishing Saturday but I hope that you all come on down and check us out. Again he's building it as an ice Expo by next year we already have plans for building to a much bigger ice fishing display. There will be demonstrations and seminars this year Scott Brower will be there with Maki plastics as well Brian Hammond. And for those of you the want to learn about how to fillet a pickeral lol that will be there also.  show hours or Friday 12 p.m. To 8 p.m. Saturday 10 a.m.till 7 p.m. And Sunday 11 a.m. Till 6 p.m.. I truly hope you come on down and see us. Stop by our booth and tell me your ice shanty name and I will enter you into
drawing for a frabill 261 straight line reel.

Need to get some tackle, best size jigging raps and jigging shad raps?

Anybody ever fish do-jigger spoons?

I have used Do Jiggers for years to catch both Walleye and Perch.  They work  pretty good for me.  Put a minnow head, minor tail or perch eye on one of the barbs on the treble hook to act as an attractant.  Good luck.
