I like my Striker Hardwater suit. Predator suit is another good option from them if you want a little less insulation for run and gun.

I have the Striker Hardwater bibs and Predator coat. The reason I went with the Hardwater bibs is I wanted the heavier duty material and I went with the coat because the bibs come up so high that they add an extra layer on my chest and back. I think if I went with the Hardwater coat it would've been too warm and if I get cold in the Predator coat, which I haven't so far and I've been out in nonstop blowing winds at -2 degrees and was warm, I could just put on a sweat shirt.

Just a heads up the Ice Armor by Clam Lift Suit is Discontinued and was replaced by the Ascent Suit. also new this year From Clam is the Rise Float Suit. there is a promo running until the end of this month where if you buy a Ascent or Rise Suit you get a free (19.95 shipping fee) pair of the new Sub Zero X boots($180.00 value). I personally have the Ascent suit and love it and a pair of the boots too.

I wear a pair of sweats under my predator bibs and my legs feel like they are on fire LOL, 8 degrees today and the only thing that was cold was my finger tips...

Bought my Clam Ascent combo and am very happy. Waiting for the boots now! I decided against the Striker because I found the Clam for less... either one as far as I'm concerned. one thing I found is how hard it was to find any available in the XL size.

I found the Eskimo Lockout float suit last summer on a big sale, and I like it a lot. It's the same as the Eskimo suit shown in the bottom video posted by HardwaterDiehard.

Lots of pockets, nice and warm, and the adjustable pant length is nice. I also like that it's not too bulky. I've worn it open water bass fishing twice now, and I never really noticed it restricting my movement while casting. Very happy with it.

I can't say how it compares warmth wise to the other brands, but my initial research said it wasn't too hot, which is a worry for me since I'm often fishing in the 20s and 30s here in Pennsylvania. I've worn it in temps from the teens to the forties and it's been great. Just dress appropriately underneath.
