Beer brats and whatever else I can dig up. Made a big batch of my macaroni ham 'n pea salad, (too friggin' labor intensive) then a big batch of tuna salad for sandwiches, a tomato and cucumber salad in dilled vinegar, and got some big chicky drumsticks to get slathered in 'Q sauce on the grill in a bit. Cripes, I might as well get a job as a cook in a restaurant, seems that's all I do lately.  ::)  Saying 95* deg with a 106-110* deg heat index tomorrow...I ain't gonna be doing ANY cookin'!! I'll just enjoy my cool goodies outta the 'fridge with my tootsies up!  :P

Cheese burgers and fries here

Ever make a jucy Lucy? Maybe ya haven't heard of 'em. A staple here. I must absolutely recommend it. I use medium cheddar, though.

Pork (what else) schnitzel and sautéed kohlrabi greens with bacon, onion, garlic and sweet peppers dressed with balsamic vinegar. Side of Guinness...

Schnitzel pounded from a top loin, kohlrabi growing in the garden as I type, lemon grown in the house over the winter. Good and good for you!

I know Reb, you can skip the lemon... :roflmao: The rest is killer. Didn't need the steak knife either  ;)2

Actually, I do! A Teflon coated one that was made to fit on my Coleman camp stove. Still have both...in the box! I used them almost every weekend in the Summers of late 70's with my girlfriend. We went camping almost every weekend. I should fire it up again for craps and giggles some day.  ;D

Scratch and scrape nite. An emergency frozen entree and a sandwich. Was busy right up until suppertime with too many things to do. No time to cook. Had to eat!
