Was just too hot, the deck was like an inferno while grillin' the burgers. 75* inside, and it felt like walking into a freezer. I had made everything else up ahead of time this AM; even the beans. I like them room temp, not hot.

Made that Cobb/Chef salad. Sliced maters, green peppers, radishes, cucumbers, seasoned chicken and ham strips, crumbled bacon, grated parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, hard-boiled eggs. Even found the perfect size fancy glass salad bowl this morning at Goodwill for $1.99! (They're the place to go for like new glassware, dishes, etc. ) After my belly settles, gonna have a bacon wrapped pigger tenderloin. *urp*

I've noticed shrimp seems to be the only thing that hasn't gone up a lot....store had a 1 lb bag today for $5.99.
Almost got one.

Wife was making a wedding cake and didn’t like 1 layer so it’s now that’s a strawberry shortcake , and I’m stuck eating the dam thing 😜
