Giant eye

My buddies 11 year old son Tanner Mayer of Fairfield nailed a monster 33 1/2 inch 15lb 11 ounce monster over the weekend.  Talk about a fish of a lifetime.

I'm jealous, been walleye fishing for about three times as long as Tanner is old and I've yet to get anything over 12 lbs.

I hear that.  I can't seem to break the 11 lb mark, but thats ok I have seen a couple big uns come up from the depths this year someday we will get our turn.  I hope.  Nice to see a kid nail a big fish like that though if he wasn't hooked before he is now.  Keep them generations fishing.  See ya all on the ice.

Yes he is getting that one put on the wall he will have a hard time beating that one in the near future, but I guess you never know.  You know thats true gamedog I found Nonyer creek about 4 weeks ago and man does it kick out the big fish.  Best place I ever fished.  Good luck on the water guys.
