Just Caught a nice 2.5 lb rainbow left it on the ice to get another flag, not 30 seconds later I see an eagle coming about 20 yards away I start running to my fish but was to slow, watched him go up in a tree and eat it for about 10 minutes. Atleast someone ate well 😂 amazing to see though it happend 10 feet in front of me

It was my ignorance… I saw the eagle when I came out on the ice and I said to myself “if I catch one I better put it in the shanty” even though my fish got stolen you don’t see that everyday.   bows are hitting hard this evening on salmon eggs and Emmaralds and jigging with a pk

I've had them pilfer fish piles while I was tending traps..

About 5 years ago, I was fishing, an adult eagle sat in a big pine watching,  I hadnt caught squat,  2 jokers on the shore were flying a drone, they thought it was fun to practice touch and go"s setting off my traps, they were far enough  away that they were safe from my wrath,  however. They ticked off the bird I guess, it swooped in, attacking the drone and flew off with it for parts  unknown..
