Thought this could be interesting thread, looking for your guys tricks for ice fishing comfort and convenience, not necessarily fishing tips.  I will start, I started leaving my house with regular shoes on and don't put muck boots on until I get to the lake.   This simple change has helped my feet stay warm by avoiding starting the day with sweaty boots from drive to the lake.
