Took a day off from work (cough cough) I had ineedtogoicefishingiti
s! Conditions on the lake are still very good. In most areas there is a crust with slush below but still 14-16" of black ice under the slush in most areas. We did not get a flag or even a hint of a bite!! HOWEVER, it was fantastic to be on the ice, which is better than any day at work!!

Absolutely, Tex!
It was so warm today....t-shirt weather! And the choice between going to work or standing on the ice not catching fish....no brainer!

I agree with you Guinea!!! Not too sure about T-shirt weather out there today!! We did not have much sun and not a whole lot of melting going on either; great day either way!

That's sunapee. I haven't got a single flag there all year, and only a single flag last year. Lol. Caught all my fish there jigging. I was there yesterday (sunday) and only got one fish on accident
