If you have such an issue with the mods then please leave, they do a thankless job keeping the forum at the respectable level its at. We do not need people like you on the forum if you choose to be like this.

EASY there cowboy....yes mods are an esential part of keep this and these forums respectable and on track...but chasing people away perhaps isnt the answer. ..everyone has potential input into sharing info...some just need to be kept on track...

cheers everyone

I think sometimes they stretch it a bit. they can have the job like police we would be in trouble with out them. the ones that should go are the little cry babies that call them and pee there pants because they are a little upset about anything. you know like click cluck click cluck.

I always find these threads interesting. I like to know what people "think" is happening, "think" is right or wrong and "think" that they are being targetted instead of being the ones who are wrong. Thread locking is a way to maintain post counts and positive infor that has been dispensed in a thread, but stopping the unneccessary crap that starts to appear by imature people. Post deletion is a method of removing posts that are not welcome on Iceshanty.com. It's not based on anything other than maintaining a G rated website for all to enjoy. If you enjoy racy, profance fishing banter, GO FISHING and do it in the shack. I have been a part of this website for a long time and I have enjoyed the increased popularity every year. While I appreciate the wellwishes and public appreciation for the "job" i do hear, it's not why I do it. I believe in being part of such a positive, helpful website that is all about one of my passions. I thank all members that enjoy and participate in the wonderful exchanges on Iceshanty.com. To all those that can't abide by the rules and like to antagonize others; "Pound Sand!" (This is the action walking away from any situation. Probably said while standing in the desert or on the beach. Walking, being the act of pounding sand with ones feet.)

Mike
I don't like it here, so I will probably be here for a while.........
