Went for a little fun in Alberta. Of course had to stop for a little fun with the goat.
Seen some animals along the way.
Went to the Pigeon Lake Derby and wife caught a nice walleye but didn't count. Only 43 fish caught out of about 5000 people. I saw a walleye and a 6-7 lb pike down my hole but couldn't get him to strike.

Terry,
Your PM box is going to be overflowing for that one.
It looks like you had a great trip.

5,000 fisherman? That's a lot of holes. Talk about a gauntlet.
Thanks for the pics.

That's way too crowded for my taste. It takes a true ice angler to catch fish in that kind of situation, that or somebody very lucky indeed. Nice pictures of the bighorns by the way.

if anybody from michigan will help me out with the lakes and stuff up here I'd really appreciate it since I'm new to the area.

Yeah it was a little crowded for me too TFB. I go every year to reconnect with an old buddy that I used to fish with here in BC.
