Hogsback is still in my opinion unsafe, it is iced over but they have been fluctuating the water level and you can see the deep dark cracks.
Might be safe after we get a few more days of really cold weather like today.

Don't know how it looks, but can't wait to get on it had some luck there last year, really nice place to fish 8)
